Try OrganiiLand risk-free. If you’re not in love, simply return the product and we’ll exchange it for any flavor/product of your choice or give you store credit.

The Details:

  • Applies only to purchases made on organiiland.shop (not Amazon or other retailers).
  • You may return one opened bag from your first order (any Protein Coffee flavor, Protein Matcha, or Protein Mushroom Coffee).
  • The bag must be less than 50% consumed to qualify.
  • If you choose store credit, you’ll get 100% of what you paid—including shipping and tax—added to your account. Store credit never expires and can be used on any OrganiiLand product.
  • Return shipping to us is not covered.
  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • There’s a limit of two total returns across different flavors.
  • All returns must be mailed to the address we provide when you contact us.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to fraud review prior to approval. 

How to Start a Return:

  1. Send us a message here and let us know if you’d like store credit or a new flavor/product.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address.
  3. Mail us the bag you have and send us the tracking number by email.Once we receive it, we’ll issue your store credit or ship your replacement within 1–2 business days.

Please Note: We responsibly dispose of all returned nutrition products, even if unopened, in accordance with our quality assurance program.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

  • We do not process return requests by phone call or voice message.
  • Place the bag in a box or mailer and mail it back to us.
  • Please note that if you ship unwanted items to an incorrect address without contacting us for return information, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or replacing those items.
  • We will not provide any replacements/store credit for products past 45 days from the initial purchase. No exceptions.
  • We do not accept returns of open products after the first order.
  • The money-back guarantee applies only to subscription products and not one-time purchase products.

RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS

If your product is unopened, you may return it within 45 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is safely delivered to the address provided. You should email us tracking so we can check the status of your return. If you do not provide tracking and the returned package does not arrive at our warehouse we cannot issue a refund. Upon receipt of the returned unopened product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, we will not be responsible for reshipping. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may receive a replacement or full refund for the products ordered.

Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to Refused Packages.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@organiiland.shop with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please report any damaged items within 45 days of delivery. No replacements will be sent without proof that the package came damaged.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We will not know the exact amount of the fee until we are charged by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of paying this return fee.

It is important to note that refused packages can get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. In such cases, if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please keep this in mind when considering refusing a shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost refused packages.

For this reason, we recommend you accept the package and contact us to properly process a return rather than refuse it.

MODIFYING ORDERS

To modify or cancel your order, email us at hello@organiiland.shop immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll adjust it accordingly. Once the order is packed or shipped, modifications can no longer be made.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

OrganiiLand is not responsible for any duplicate orders placed by customers. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. If a duplicate order occurs, return guidelines will apply for refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your subscription after the initial 20-day period following your first order. To cancel, log in to your account and follow the cancellation process. After cancellation, no further charges will apply, and no additional shipments will be sent.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

If you request a same-day cancellation of your subscription purchase, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and the associated order.
