If you are not totally in love we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription order. No questions asked! We will refund one opened bag of any subscription order (protein coffee or protein matcha or protein mushroom coffee). If you order and open two (2) bags, e.g. two (2) opened bags of protein coffee, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened bags.To initiate your refund, contact us at hello@organiiland.shop and follow our return process below
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you would like to return an item to OrganiiLand, you must contact us within 45 days of delivery of your item to request a return shipping label.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@organiiland.shop. We are happy to issue a refund within 45 days of you receiving your first order.
Note: We do not process return requests by phone call or voice message.
● We will email you a return shipping slip within 48 hours of your request.
● Place the bag in a box or mailer and mail it back to us using the return shipping
label.
● We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your package back at our warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your method of payment.
*We strongly recommend you contact us before initiating your return, to ensure the proper processing of your refund. If you return items without contacting us beforehand, it may be difficult for us to properly identify the items, which can result in a longer processing time for your refund or even nullify it altogether.
*Please note that if you ship unwanted items to an incorrect address without contacting us for return information, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.
Please use the return shipping label provided by us so that it is returned to the proper warehouse location that matches your order. Items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for a return shipment label are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. Items MUST be unopened and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued.
Please note that if you ship unwanted items to an incorrect address without contacting us for return information, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.
You must email us the tracking information on any return shipments. If you don't email us your tracking information and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
We will not provide any refunds for products returned to us past 45 days from the initial purchase. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns of open products after the first order.
The money-back guarantee applies only to subscription products and not one-time purchase products.
RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS
If your product is unopened, you may return it within 45 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is safely delivered to our warehouse. You should email us tracking so we can check the status of your return. If you do not provide tracking and the returned package does not arrive at our warehouse we cannot issue a refund. Upon receipt of the returned unopened product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, we will not be responsible for reshipping. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may receive a replacement or full refund for the products ordered.
Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to Refused Packages.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@organiiland.shop with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please report any damaged items within 45 days of delivery. No replacements will be sent without proof that the package came damaged.
We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 45 days of delivery.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We will not know the exact amount of the fee until we are charged by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of paying this return fee.
It is important to note that refused packages can get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. In such cases, if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please keep this in mind when considering refusing a shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost refused packages.
For this reason, we recommend you accept the package and contact us to properly process a return rather than refuse it.
MODIFYING ORDERS
To modify or cancel your order, email us at hello@organiiland.shop immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll adjust it accordingly. Once the order is packed or shipped, modifications can no longer be made.
DUPLICATE ORDERS
OrganiiLand is not responsible for any duplicate orders placed by customers. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. If a duplicate order occurs, return guidelines will apply for refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription after the initial 20-day period following your first order. To cancel, log in to your account and follow the cancellation process. After cancellation, no further charges will apply, and no additional shipments will be sent.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you request a same-day cancellation of your subscription purchase, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and the associated order.
