OrganiiLand sells high-quality coffee products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our Site. By submitting an order, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order for the prices displayed at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on the Site.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Order Modifications: To modify or cancel an order, email us at hello@organiiland.shop immediately. Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days via USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or DHL.
  • Shipping Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect information.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost, contact us at hello@organiiland.shop for assistance.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription order. This applies to one opened bag of product only. Contact us at hello@organiiland.shop to initiate a refund.
  • Return of Unopened Items: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping service. Provide tracking information to ensure the product reaches our warehouse.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, report it within 30 days by emailing hello@organiiland.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused, any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be issued for refused packages that do not return to our warehouse.

7. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions: Subscription services can be canceled after the initial 20-day period following your first order.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and associated order if you request a same-day cancellation.
  • Duplicate Orders: We are not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers. Standard return policies apply for any returns related to duplicate orders.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products. Processing times for your financial institution may vary, and refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
